Air jet
sieve is the particle size analyser equipment, especially for powdered
activated carbon products range from (25 – 2000) micron, which is equivalent to
550 to 10 ASTM meshes. Kalpaka is already have laser particle size analyser
(Malvern) and we are the first company in India having air jet sieve also. In
this device mini computer is integrated for faster operations.Air jet sieve is
operated by air flow system.Since there is no need for tappers or brushes,this
operation is totally simplified. Auto clean option is also available for this
device.Just like Malvern, the software in the equipment is fully secured and
hence the report is 100 % reliable.
